The food industry has evolved significantly, and one of the latest trends reshaping the food industry is the rise of ghost kitchens. Also known as virtual kitchens, ghost kitchens allow food entrepreneurs to operate without the overhead costs of a full-service bakery. By leveraging this model, I successfully set up a ghost kitchen bakery as an alternative to a traditional storefront, enabling me to test my recipes and concepts in a new market while keeping setup costs low.
