We recommend placing custom orders at least 7 days in advance and contacting us to speak with a team member before ordering. All other orders have a 48-hour turnaround time. Please Contact Us.

We sell variety-pack cupcakes in the different flavors we offer. Our cupcakes are a great way to experience the texture, taste, and flavors of our cakes, giving you a first-hand sample of their deliciousness!

We offer cakes in various sizes, from 4” mini cakes to multi-tiered options. Based on the number of guests you plan to serve, we’ll recommend the best size for your needs.

We offer delivery within a certain radius for an additional fee, or you may opt to pick up your cake from our location. We’ll confirm delivery or pick-up details when your order is finalized.

You may request changes to custom orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that changes to design, size, or flavors may aƯect pricing and availability. Unfortunately, due to their shorter turnaround time, we are unable to accommodate changes to regular orders after they have been placed.

Due to the time and resources required to prepare orders, we only allow a 24- hour cancellation period for custom orders. For all other orders, cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel an order, please get in touch with Nneka's Bakery by phone and speak with a team member for assistance.

Yes, we offer catering services for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays, and more. Our catering menu includes a selection of our cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, and dessert platters. We can customize the menu to suit your event theme and guest preferences. Each of our cakes comes as a standard 3-layer cake. For custom requests, such as tall cakes or other accommodation, please use the Custom Order to communicate your specific needs to a team member.

No, only items in our Cookies, Pastries, and Specialty Bread categories are available for shipping. All other menu items are available for store pickup or delivery within a 50-mile radius.
