Nneka`s Bakery Cancellation/Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

Due to the time and resources required to prepare orders, we only allow a 24-hour cancellation period for custom orders. For all other orders, cancellations are permitted within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel an order, please get in touch with Nneka's Bakery by phone and speak with a team member for assistance.

Return & Refund:

Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refund requests for orders that have already been shipped, picked up, or delivered.
